About The Position

Our client, a leader in the food industry, is looking for a Bilingual Warehouse Associate (English/Spanish) to join their fast-growing warehouse team. This full-time hourly role offers overtime eligibility, full benefits, and room to grow quickly into a lead or supervisory position.

Requirements

• 1–2 years warehouse or fulfillment experience
• Comfortable lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for extended periods
• Bilingual: English & Spanish (essential)
• Basic Shopify knowledge (order pulling experience a plus)
• Self-starter with leadership potential
• High School diploma or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Pick, pack, and prep customer orders accurately
• Receive, stock, and organize incoming inventory
• Operate basic warehouse equipment safely
• Assist with inventory counts and audits
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Communicate effectively with your team to keep orders flowing
