Requirements

• Current Long Term Care Aide Certification
• One year working with the frail and elderly population or approved training
• CPR Certification

Nice To Haves

• Bilingual candidates, especially with Spanish and Vietnamese language skills

Responsibilities

• Assist participants with activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Foster a warm, respectful atmosphere within the wellness center
• Work closely with nurses, social workers, therapists, and other team members
• Help older adults remain safely in the community and avoid institutional care
