About The Position

As a Used Car Sales Associate, you’ll manage the daily operations of the used car sales lot while delivering exceptional customer service and supporting overall store performance. This base salary + commission role is ideal for motivated self-starters who enjoy building relationships and growing sales. Best of all, you don't have to compete with other sales reps, meaning every sale you earn a commission.

Requirements

Proven experience in vehicle sales or related customer-facing roles
Strong administrative, organizational, and multitasking skills
Knowledge of car titles, vehicle paperwork, and dealership processes
Basic automotive and mechanical understanding
Comfort using mobile devices, Microsoft Office, CRM, and DMS tools
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs
Reliable transportation
