About The Position

Cool Smiles Orthodontics is seeking a strong bilingual Treatment Coordinator to connect with patients and guide them through starting treatment. This pivotal role involves helping patients understand their treatment options, feel comfortable proceeding, and ensuring all details are managed effectively. The ideal candidate will be organized, confident in presenting treatment plans, discussing finances, and building trust with patients.

Requirements

At least 2 years of experience in a dental or orthodontic office
Bilingual (Spanish/English)
Comfortable presenting treatment plans and discussing costs
Strong communication skills
Organized and able to manage multiple patients and tasks at once
Solid understanding of insurance and treatment coordination
Reliable and team-oriented

Responsibilities

Meet with patients after their consults to walk them through treatment plans
Answer patient questions regarding treatment
Help patients move forward with care
Explain procedures in an understandable way
Review costs and payment options with patients
Handle insurance questions
Schedule new patient starts
Follow up with patients who have not yet committed to treatment
Keep everything organized on the front end
Work closely with the doctor and team to maintain schedule flow and patient care
Maintain accurate patient records
Process paperwork
Ensure accounts and billing are handled correctly
