  • Contacting trailer dealers to request and follow up on missing or incomplete Manufacturer’s Certificates of Origin (MCOs) and required documentation.
  • Reviewing incoming paperwork for accuracy, completeness, and compliance with state regulations.
  • Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence, including emails, letters, packages, and phone calls with trailer dealers.
  • Assisting in tracking and maintaining inventory of pending titles and registrations.
  • Creating and updating records and databases for titles and related documentation.
  • Submitting timely reports and preparing assigned presentations or proposals.
  • Reviewing and analyzing special reports to summarize information and identify trends.
  • Defining procedures for retention, retrieval, and disposal of records to provide historical reference.
  • Assisting in resolving issues or discrepancies related to title documentation.
  • Bilingual (Spanish-English) communication skills.
  • Strong phone and interpersonal communication abilities.
  • Prior experience with titling, registration, or documentation processes.
  • Attention to detail and ability to maintain high levels of accuracy.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, Excel).
  • Ability to stay organized, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong problem-solving and follow-up skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Experience working in trailer, automotive, or equipment title administration.
  • Familiarity with DMV or dealer title submission requirements.
  • Knowledge of document processing systems or database management tools.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with sales, operations, or compliance teams.
  • Demonstrated success in maintaining high accuracy and compliance rates under tight deadlines.
