Requirements

  • Fluent in English/Spanish required.
  • Master's degree in Social Work, Mental Health Counseling or related subject area.
  • Master’s Degree from a U.S. accredited educational institution or Credential Evaluation for a non-U.S. educational institution.

Responsibilities

  • Manage assigned caseload and provide coverage for peer's caseload as needed, provides direct clinical treatment using methods compatible with assigned model.
  • Conduct assessments including review of referral information, identifying and engaging key participants, identifying systemic strengths and weaknesses and individualized treatment planning.
  • Maintains clear and concise documentation of treatment efforts that promote peer and supervisory review and feedback, and that demonstrate compliance with the assigned model.
  • Participates in all model training, supervision, consultation activities, and staff meetings.
  • Builds relationships with community stakeholders (i.e., child protection services, Guardians ad Litem, judges, schools, etc.) to ensure cooperation among service providers.
  • Manages the extensive documentation requirements to successfully comply with various mandates from agency, ACS, and other stakeholders, including model.
  • Timely documentation of contacts and case progress in the provided agency electronic health records and other systems as applicable.
  • Adopts a strength focused approach with families, stakeholders, and within the program/treatment team.
  • Ability to accompany families/clients to psychiatric appointment and other community needs appointment.
  • Attends weekly supervision and consultation and on-call meetings.
  • Manages the extensive travel requirements.
  • Provides 24/7 coverage during the week and participates on a weekend on-call rotational schedule as applicable.
  • Other duties as assigned.
