About The Position

Community Sports Partners is one of the largest and fastest-growing private youth sports operators in the GTA. We are seeking a driven Bilingual Telesales Agent to join our sales team. This is a full-time, in-office role focused on building relationships, creating opportunities, and closing deals. Requirements

• Strong experience and successes in Sales
• Inside Sales and Lead Generation skills
• Strong Communication and people skills
• Excellent interpersonal skills
• Fluency in English and Spanish
• Ability to work independently and as part of a sales team

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain a pipeline of potential customers
• Connect with customers and close deals
• Utilize CRM tools to track interactions and update lead information accurately
