Seton Home works to break the cycle of abuse and poverty by providing a caring home, education, and support services necessary to transform the lives of pregnant and parenting teen mothers and their children. The Team Lead supports the role of the Shelter Supervisor and is authorized to take reasonable action necessary to carry out responsibilities assigned as long as such actions do not deviate from established organizational policies and are consistent with program guidelines and sound professional judgment. Manage Casa de Milagros Program staff and resources in the care of youth and their children placed at Seton Home. Implement and promote appropriate trauma informed behavioral limits within a safe and caring environment. Minimum of 1-year (cumulative) employment experience in the child welfare field working with children and/or adolescents in a social service setting.
