The position involves delivering superb customer service to clients and temporary associates, performing resume searches, recruiting, conducting interviews, matching employee skill sets to customer needs, assisting in business lead development and client retention, acting as a liaison, maximizing billable hours, and performing administrative tasks. It also includes conducting service and outside sales calls, presenting additional Surge Staffing products, and implementing marketing programs.
