About The Position
The Stepping Stones Group is seeking passionate and dedicated Bilingual Speech-Language Pathologists to join our team in providing exceptional therapy services to students in schools. This is a full-time, school-based position located in Redwood City, CA. The ideal candidate will conduct assessments to evaluate students' speech, language, and communication abilities. Based on these assessments, the Speech-Language Pathologist will develop and implement individualized treatment plans tailored to each student's needs. Therapy services will be provided both individually and in group settings, ensuring that all students receive the support they require to succeed. In addition to direct therapy, this position involves collaborating with teachers, parents, and other school staff to support students' communication needs. The Speech-Language Pathologist will monitor students' progress and make necessary adjustments to treatment plans to ensure optimal outcomes. Maintaining accurate and up-to-date records of therapy sessions and progress reports is also a critical component of this role.
