About The Position

We are looking for an experienced Bilingual (Spanish) Warehouse Lead to oversee and coordinate the daily warehousing activities. You will implement production, productivity, quality, and customer service standards and achieve the appropriate level of volume within time limits. Ultimately, you should be able to ensure that daily operations meet and exceed daily performance expectations and increase the company’s overall market share. Must be fluent in English and Spanish. Achieve high levels of customer satisfaction through excellence in daily work. Team building, time keeping, and conducting new hire training Maximize efficiencies to increase productivity Measure and report the effectiveness of warehousing activities and employees' performance Organize and maintain the work area. Communicate job expectations and coach employees Determine staffing levels and assign workload Interface with customers to answer questions or solve problems Maintain item records, document necessary information, and utilize reports to project warehouse status Assist in Overseeing Production: Prepare and complete orders for delivery or pickup according to schedule (load, pack, wrap, label, ship) Receive and process warehouse stock products (pick, unload, label, store, break down totes) Keep a clean and safe working environment and optimize space utilization Report any discrepancies Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities Follow quality service standards and comply with procedures, rules, and regulations Other duties as assigned

Requirements

  • Must be fluent in English and Spanish
  • Must undergo a background check
  • Must be able to pass a drug test
  • Must possess basic reading and math skills
  • Must have an eye for detail
  • Must be able to lift 25+ lbs. consistently
  • Must be able to work in a fast-paced environment
  • Frequently required to stand, walk, kneel, bend, crouch, or crawl
  • Must perform other duties as assigned
  • Must have reliable transportation
  • Effective communication abilities, including writing, speaking, and active listening
  • Excellent problem-solving, decision-making, time management, and organizational abilities
