About The Position

The Bilingual Spanish Customer Support Representative for Volvo Roadside Assistance is responsible for providing exceptional customer service by coordinating towing and roadside services, resolving customer inquiries, and ensuring customer satisfaction. This role involves interacting with customers through various communication channels and requires a strong focus on professionalism and empathy.

Requirements

• High School diploma required; College Degree is a plus.
• 1-3 years of relevant work experience.
• Bilingual in Spanish, with the ability to pass written and oral assessments in both languages.
• Excellent written and oral communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.

Nice To Haves

• Roadside dispatching or emergency call response experience is preferred.
• Broad knowledge of the automotive business is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate towing and roadside services for Volvo owners.
• Provide the highest level of customer support through omni-channel solutions (voice calls, emails, chat, and SMS).
• Answer questions from Volvo Car owners and prospects about product purchases or familiarization.
• Handle customer issues to facilitate resolution and ensure customer satisfaction.
• Escalate unresolved issues to senior team members as necessary.
• Document and code interactions in Volvo proprietary software accurately.
• Advise management of trends or concerns related to customer handling or product/service issues.
• Complete additional tasks or projects as needed.
