Requirements

Responsibilities

  • Deliver a unique customer experience aimed at improving customer financial wellbeing and creating loyalty.
  • Process a variety of customer interactions and educate customers on available financial alternatives.
  • Identify banking opportunities during customer interactions and make appropriate referrals.
  • Engage with customers in the lobby to connect and position PNC products to meet their needs.
  • Educate customers on managing financial transactions using technology, tools, and resources.
  • Apply product and procedural knowledge to solve customer problems.
  • Adhere to all policies and procedures, demonstrating sound judgment within established limits.
  • Ensure efficient and accurate completion of teller and branch daily operations and maintenance transactions.
