About The Position
CanAm Dental in Fontana, CA, is seeking Bilingual (Spanish Speaking) Receptionists to join our dedicated team. This full-time position is essential for scheduling appointments, assisting with operational goals, and providing exceptional customer service to our patients. As a receptionist, you will be the first point of contact for our patients, ensuring they feel welcomed and valued. You will be responsible for maintaining a high level of customer service at all times, working collaboratively with your team to achieve daily and monthly patient goals. In this role, you will greet and check in patients, answer phones, confirm appointments, and accurately verify dental benefits. You will also maintain detailed patient records in a fast-paced environment, collect payments, co-payments, and deductibles, and create insurance claims while submitting pre-authorizations to insurance companies promptly. Additionally, you will pull patient charts for future appointments when necessary and assist in maintaining a clean and professional office environment.
