About The Position

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish and English.
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry.
  • Prior management experience.
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills.
  • Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology and industry trends.
  • Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders.

Responsibilities

  • Oversee daily operations of the retail store.
  • Manage and develop a team of retail sales consultants.

  • Meet and exceed sales objectives.
