About The Position

The Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant role in Easton, PA, focuses on creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. The consultant is responsible for meeting sales targets and earning commission by leveraging AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and services. This involves using a consultative sales approach to guide customers, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The position requires working a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends, in a fast-paced environment, and demands flexibility to adapt to evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, comprehensive training and coaching are provided for those without sales experience.
