About The Position

The Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T is responsible for creating meaningful connections with customers and utilizing personalized sales expertise to meet sales targets and earn commission. This role involves selling AT&T's full suite of products, including the latest devices and services, to bring communities closer. Consultants will employ a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The position operates in a fast-paced environment, requiring flexibility and adaptability to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Bilingual candidates may be eligible for additional starting pay.

Requirements

• Speak Spanish and English (bilingual)
• Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
• Be flexible and open to change in a fast-paced environment
