About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T in Philadelphia, PA. The position involves creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise, meeting sales targets, and earning commission by selling AT&T's full suite of products and services, including the latest devices. Consultants will use a consultative sales approach, guide customers through options, participate in community events, fill online orders, and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a a plus, but comprehensive training and coaching will be provided for those without sales experience.

Requirements

• Speak Spanish and English (bilingual)
• Ability to work a schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends
• Flexibility and openness to change
