About The Position

The Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant role at AT&T involves creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise. Consultants are expected to meet sales targets and earn commission by leveraging AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and services. The position requires a consultative sales approach, guiding customers through their options, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. It is a fast-paced environment that requires flexibility and adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, AT&T provides tools, training, and coaching for those without sales experience to help them achieve their goals.
