About The Position

This role is for a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T. The consultant will be at the center of customer interactions, aiming to create meaningful connections through personalized sales expertise. The position involves meeting sales targets and earning commission by utilizing AT&T’s full suite of products, including the latest devices and services. Key activities include guiding customers with a consultative sales approach, participating in community events, fulfilling online orders, and making outbound calls to customers. The environment is fast-paced, requiring adaptability to evolving technology and customer needs. Bilingual Spanish and English speakers are preferred and may receive additional starting pay. Training and coaching are provided for candidates without prior sales experience to help them achieve their goals.
