As a Bilingual Spanish Retail Sales Consultant at AT&T, you will play a crucial role in connecting with customers and providing them with personalized sales expertise. Your primary responsibility will be to create meaningful connections with every customer, utilizing your bilingual skills to enhance communication and understanding. You will be at the center of the sales floor, employing a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options, ensuring they find the best products and services to meet their needs. This position is not just about selling; it's about building relationships and being a part of the community. You will engage in various activities, including participating in community events, filling online orders, and making outbound calls to both existing and potential customers. The work environment is fast-paced and dynamic, requiring flexibility and adaptability to stay current with evolving technology and customer needs. You will work a schedule that includes weekends, with hours ranging from 9 AM to 9 PM, allowing you to be available when customers need assistance. Monthly seniority-based schedules will be provided two weeks in advance, ensuring you can plan accordingly. While prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus, AT&T is committed to providing the necessary tools, training, and coaching to help you succeed in meeting and exceeding your sales goals. Compensation for this role includes a base salary ranging from $18.22 to $21.91 per hour, with the potential to earn over $62,460 per year through uncapped commission opportunities.
