About the position

AT&T is looking for bilingual individuals who speak both Spanish and English to join their Retail Sales Consultant team. This position offers a $2000 sign-on bonus, contingent upon the terms of employment. The role involves creating meaningful connections with customers through personalized sales expertise and meeting sales targets with AT&T's suite of products. The work environment is fast-paced, requiring flexibility and adaptability to meet customer needs.

Responsibilities

• Use a consultative sales approach to guide customers through their options.
• Engage with the community through events and make outbound calls to existing and potential customers.
• Work a flexible schedule between 9am-9pm, including weekends.
• Stay current with evolving technology and customer needs.

Requirements

• Bilingual in Spanish and English.
• Prior retail or customer-facing sales experience is a plus.
• Willingness to learn and adapt to new sales techniques.
