About The Position

My Wireless, an AT&T Authorized National Retailer, is seeking driven, dynamic, and coachable individuals to join their growing retail team as a Retail Sales Associate. In this role, you will be responsible for providing an excellent customer experience and offering technology solutions from a variety of AT&T products and services. Day-to-day activities include engaging with customers, educating them on available products and services, and guiding them through the buying process. As you gain experience and succeed, you will be eligible for new opportunities and financial rewards within an energetic work environment. My Wireless is a fast-growing AT&T Authorized National Retailer with over 240 locations across the US and Puerto Rico. The company's mission is to inspire team members through journeys that instill knowledge, habits, and skills to connect with customers and help them achieve their goals. My Wireless offers a fun and rewarding training program designed to develop team members for promotion, supporting the company's continued growth. Requirements

Experience in retail or customer-facing sales environment
Ability to work flexible hours including evenings, weekends, and holidays
Highly effective communication and interpersonal skills
Must be at minimum 18 years of age, legally able to be employed in the US and have a High School diploma or equivalent

Nice To Haves

Bilingual (Preferred but may not be required depending on location)
Experience prospecting through outbound calls
