About The Position

We’re looking for a Human Resources Coordinator to support our HR team with both day-to-day operations and big-picture projects. You’ll be the go-to person for employee data, reporting, and HR processes—helping us stay organized, accurate, and ready to make people-first decisions.

Requirements

  • 1–3 years of experience in HR, administration, or a related role.
  • Advanced Microsoft Excel skills (you’ll be the team’s go-to person).
  • Familiarity with HR systems (HRIS) is a plus.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

  • Maintain employee records, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality.
  • Build, update, and analyze HR reports using Excel to help leaders make informed decisions.
  • Support payroll, benefits administration, and leave tracking.
  • Assist with onboarding and offboarding, making sure each employee’s experience is smooth from start to finish.
  • Partner with HR team members on employee engagement initiatives, training logistics, and compliance needs.
  • Provide day-to-day HR support by answering employee questions and routing requests.
