About The Position

As a Bilingual Spanish - Financial Sales Consultant at PNC, you will play a crucial role in delivering financial wellness advice and solutions to clients and consumers. This position is primarily based in Tampa, FL, and involves both in-office and fieldwork. You will be responsible for facilitating new hire orientations, delivering financial education seminars, and engaging in outbound sales to enhance employee financial wellbeing. Your efforts will contribute to building customer loyalty and achieving sales goals through proactive engagement and relationship management.

Requirements

  • Bilingual in Spanish
  • 3+ years of experience in financial sales or related field
  • Associate's degree or equivalent experience
  • Strong customer relationship building skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and sales closing agreements

Responsibilities

  • Build the retail customer base through proactive, outbound quality sales conversations.
  • Create customer loyalty and grow customer share of wallet through a differentiated customer experience.
  • Sell the bank's products and services to existing and prospective clients outside of branch in non-PNC locations.
  • Identify and independently act upon sales opportunities to achieve assigned sales goals.
  • Establish connections between clients and PNC partners based on clients' financial needs and goals.
  • Grow customer household relationships through onboarding new clients and building a strong pipeline of appointments for branch and PNC partners.
  • Demonstrate value for customers to achieve greater financial well-being by driving deep needs-based conversations.
  • Create an exceptional customer experience at events in a variety of external locations.
  • Strengthen client relationships through planning continued on-site events.
  • Educate and coach customers on technology options.
