About The Position

Half Price Flooring, Las Vegas's top flooring company, is looking for a motivated, results-oriented salesperson to join our team and help drive sales through phone outreach and customer engagement!

Requirements

Must be a Las Vegas local and able to work in person at our office
Minimum 1 year of telemarketing and/or sales experience
Proven ability to handle objections, negotiate, and close sales
Must be bilingual (Spanish/English)
Strong communication, follow-up, and relationship-building skills
Ability to work Monday to Friday and one Saturday per month

Responsibilities

Make outbound calls to warm and cold leads to generate sales opportunities
Engage with customers to understand their flooring needs and provide tailored solutions
Schedule showroom appointments and initiate sales
Follow up with potential customers to close deals and maximize earnings
Maintain accurate customer records and manage leads
Meet and exceed sales targets while delivering top-tier customer service
