Responsibilities

  • Manage and grow the firm's social media presence
  • Draft social media posts and interact on social media
  • Monitor all communication on social media platforms
  • Organize online and paper files
  • Answer phones and provide client/customer service
  • Monitor client satisfaction and assist clients with resolving issues
  • Perform calendaring, data entry, and general administrative office duties
  • Complete random tasks that arise in a busy law office
