As a Bilingual Commercial Sales Representative, you will build rapport with inbound callers to Insure businesses across the country, with a variety of product options at your disposal. Our Sales Representatives use compassion and persuasion skills to uncover customer needs, guide customers through relevant coverage options while preparing quotes, and convert quotes to policies. You'll provide outstanding service and salesmanship to show customers the value that comes with being a GEICO policyholder. Requirements

• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English and Spanish
• Minimum of 1 year Sales experience is required
• Entrepreneurial experience or professional office experience
• Strong multi-tasking skills
• Ability to listen actively and present complex information clearly
• Ability to work comfortably in a fast-paced, high-volume call center environment

Nice To Haves

• Active P&C Producer License
• Commercial Insurance Sales experience
• Minimum of associate's degree is preferred
