About The Position

AT&T is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Assistant Retail Store Manager to take the lead in their retail stores. This role involves overseeing store operations, managing and developing a team, and ensuring AT&T customers receive best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. The Assistant Store Manager will partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects of daily retail store operations, including assisting with merchandising, product launches, and meeting sales objectives, all while ensuring an extraordinary customer experience. The position includes best-in-class paid training for leadership success, focusing on coaching retail sales consultants to achieve sales and service goals. Requirements

Speak Spanish and English
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
Prior management experience
Well-developed planning, analytical, and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends, and AT&T mobility systems
Ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
Strategic perspective and the ability to champion change
Ability to inspire your team through high performance, collaboration, and teamwork
Utilize professional expertise to solve problems and analyze issues
Take initiative, strive, and create results

Responsibilities

Oversee store operations
Manage and develop a team
Ensure AT&T customers experience best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology
Partner with a store manager to oversee all aspects involved in the daily operation of a retail store
Assist with merchandising and product launches
Help meet and exceed sales objectives
Ensure that customers receive an extraordinary experience with products and services
Coach a team of retail sales consultants to ensure they meet sales and service goals
