About The Position

AT&T is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Assistant Manager for its retail stores. This role involves taking the lead in store operations, managing and developing a team, and ensuring customers receive best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. The Assistant Manager will partner with a store manager to oversee daily retail operations, including merchandising, product launches, and achieving sales objectives, while providing an extraordinary customer experience. The position includes best-in-class paid training to develop leadership skills and coach retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals. Requirements

Speak Spanish and English (bilingual)
Excellent communication and leadership skills
Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
Prior management experience
Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
