About The Position

AT&T is seeking a Bilingual Spanish Assistant Manager for its retail stores. This role involves taking the lead in store operations, managing and developing a team, and ensuring customers receive best-in-class services, entertainment, and technology. The Assistant Manager will partner with a store manager to oversee daily retail operations, including merchandising, product launches, and achieving sales objectives, while providing an extraordinary customer experience. The position includes best-in-class paid training to develop leadership skills and coach retail sales consultants to meet sales and service goals. AT&T is a pioneer in making connections, innovating for nearly 150 years, and aims to bring families, communities, and businesses together with essential products and services like 5G and Fiber.

Requirements

  • Speak Spanish and English (bilingual)
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Three or more years of sales and/or customer experience in telecommunications or a related industry
  • Prior management experience
  • Well-developed planning, analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Familiarity with wireless terminology, industry trends and AT&T mobility systems
  • The ability to collaborate with key stakeholders on initiatives beyond store walls
  • Strategic perspective
