About The Position

As a Credit Assistant Manager at Rent-A-Center, you will play a crucial role in providing customers access to high-quality goods that enhance their quality of life. You will be responsible for credit and collections, customer service, deliveries and pickups, and merchandising. Your daily tasks will include communicating with customers to collect on accounts, providing top-notch customer experiences, safely loading and unloading products, and maintaining an inviting store environment.

Requirements

• 1-3 years of retail/customer service, sales, or collections experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Valid state driver's license and good driving record.
• Ability to lift and move products such as furniture, electronics, and appliances.
• Great communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Credit and Collections: Communicate with customers and collect on accounts daily to positively impact growth and revenue.
• Customer Service: Provide friendly, top-notch customer experiences through 'white glove' service in stores and customers' homes.
• Deliveries & Pickups: Safely load/unload and install products while following all handling and transportation procedures.
• Merchandising: Maintain an organized and clean store environment for both customers and coworkers.
