Responsibilities

• Greet clients and create a welcoming, professional environment
• Answer phones and book appointments accurately
• Educate clients on services, enhancements, and benefits
• Sell memberships in person (no cold selling over the phone)
• Recommend massage and facial services at time of booking
• Participate in sales contests and team goals
• Handle client concerns professionally
• Maintain front desk organization and cleanliness
• Drive retention and repeat visits
