Requirements
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Previous experience (2+ yrs) in shipping and receiving, warehouse operations, or a related field is preferred.
- Proficiency in using warehouse management systems and basic computer applications.
- Bilingual English - Spanish preferred.
Responsibilities
- Prepare and process outgoing shipments, including packaging, labeling, and documentation, ensuring compliance with company policies and shipping regulations.
- Maintain accurate shipping logs, including packing lists, bills of lading, and delivery receipts.
- Collaborate with Operations, carriers, and internal teams to resolve any issues related to shipments.
- Support with training of new employees, orientation and any other duties as needed.
