The Service Coordinator at Johns Hopkins Hospital is responsible for managing all administrative aspects of employee interactions at the Employee & Occupational Health clinic.   • Provide exemplary customer service to employees during their visits.
  • Collect and maintain accurate information on each employee.
  • Provide administrative and secretarial support as needed.
  • Manage day-to-day activities and maintain occupational health records.
  • Perform diversified clerical and administrative duties as required.
  • High School Diploma or Equivalent.
  • Minimum of three years of work experience in a similar fast-paced service-oriented industry.
  • Bilingual in Spanish and English required.
  • Must successfully pass the required designated language assessment prior to job offer.
