  • Clean, transform, and prepare data from different sources for analysis, ensuring data integrity and consistency
  • Collaborate with internal teams to understand data requirements and create effective data models
  • Analyze sales and operational data to identify trends, patterns, and opportunities for revenue growth, profit increase, and process improvements
  • Develop predictive models to simulate strategies for better decision making
  • Utilize data visualization tools to create dashboards and interactive reports that provide actionable insights to sales and leadership
  • Communicate complex data findings in a clear, concise, and actionable manner to non-technical stakeholders
  • Work closely with infrastructure operations, A&I and data stewards across the organization, to ensure smooth data flows and troubleshoot data-related issues
  • Bachelor's degree in data science, computer science, industrial engineering, or other related fields
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in data analytics
  • English/Korean fluency is required
  • A minimum 3 years of experience in database engineering
  • Experience with some or all of the following technologies to build analysis and drive insights from data: One or more programming languages (Python, Java, etc.)
  • Large Language Models
  • Database: Oracle (PL/SQL), Microsoft SQL Server (T-SQL)
  • Reporting tools: Tableau, PowerBI, Excel
  • Must possess strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities for identifying business needs, analyzing data, and proposing solutions
  • Proficiency in Korean is a plus
