Prepare, format, and maintain sales documentation such as: Client quotes and pricing summaries Quarterly business review (QBR) documents Sales presentations and supporting materials Support sales documentation and written communications in both English and Spanish, as needed. Ensure all documents are accurate, consistent, and compliant with internal standards. Update existing documents as pricing, terms, or client needs change. Manage multiple requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines and prioritizing urgent sales needs. Coordinate closely with sales to clarify requirements, timelines, and expectations. Support quarter‑end and month-end sales activities as needed. Partner with finance, operations, and leadership to ensure quotes and documents reflect current pricing, policies, and approvals. Support internal review and approval processes related to sales documentation.
