About The Position
North Point CDJR in Winston-Salem, NC, is hiring a driven Sales Consultant to build lasting customer relationships and drive sales. In this full-time, commission-based role, you’ll showcase our diverse lineup and deliver top-notch buying experiences.
Requirements
- Professional appearance and attitude
- Proven sales experience, ideally in automotive
- Strong communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills
- Valid driver’s license with a clean record
- Ability to pass a background check and drug test
- BILINGUAL ENGLISH/SPANISH SPEAKERS NEEDED!
Responsibilities
- Build strong customer relationships for a WORLD CLASS buying experience
- Drive sales of new and pre-owned vehicles, meeting and exceeding targets
- Stay on top of product knowledge and industry trends in order to meet CDJR Certification Standards
- Guide customers through vehicle presentations and test drives
- Present financing and trade-in options clearly to customers
- Follow up with customers, fostering long-term connections
- Collaborate with the team and engage with clients using our CRM tools
