Bilingual Service Business Development Representative BDC The Service Business Development Representative answers incoming service inquiries and assists in greeting visitors in a friendly, interested, and helpful manner. They receives, processes, and coordinates all incoming service appoints via phone, website, and online chat. In addition, they performs clerical and administrative duties for the Service departments. The ideal candidate may have previous experience in a similar position (administrative, clerical, call center, customer service, etc.), and a working knowledge of automotive service. They must have a pleasant and courteous personality, strong administrative and organizational skills, strong phone and computer skills, and excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
