Requirements

  • Bilingual - Spanish proficiency
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to understand customers’ unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services
  • Ability to communicate effectively with customers, empathize with their challenges, and build trust
  • Ability to provide exceptional customer service
  • Ability to handle a wide range of services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services
  • Ability to prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines
  • Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently, embracing accountability for overall store performance
  • Ability to listen actively and empathize with customer challenges
  • Understanding of the diverse range of financial products and services that ACE offers

  • Two or more years of retail experience
