Requirements

Bilingual - Spanish proficiency
High school diploma or equivalent
Ability to understand customers’ unique needs and recommend appropriate ACE products and services
Ability to communicate effectively with customers, empathize with their challenges, and build trust
Ability to provide exceptional customer service
Ability to handle a wide range of services including cash handling, check cashing, lending, bill pay, and card services
Ability to prioritize accuracy, confidentiality, and strict compliance with industry regulations and safety guidelines
Entrepreneurial spirit and ability to work independently, embracing accountability for overall store performance
Ability to listen actively and empathize with customer challenges
Understanding of the diverse range of financial products and services that ACE offers
