About The Position

AAA is looking for motivated individuals that are forward thinking, problem solvers who can wow our Members with their personalities, while critically thinking of unique, member-oriented solutions. As a Remote Membership Sales & Service Associate, you will provide legendary service to over 100 Member calls a day, proactively offer valuable AAA products and services to meet member needs while following policies and procedures. You will be part of a collaborative environment where your contributions are valued, and you will have the opportunity to promote to other positions within the company. Training is paid and will last for 8 weeks, during which you will learn how to exceed member expectations in a structured, goal-oriented sales environment.

Requirements

• Excellent multitasking and computer skills
• Proficiency in written and verbal communication
• A quiet, dedicated workspace that is free of distraction
• A willingness to learn and the ability to actively listen and engage Members to overcome objections
• Ability to directly connect to ISP via ethernet (No DSL, satellite, hot spots, etc.)
• Minimum 25 MBPS download and minimum 5 MBPS upload
• Schedule flexibility to work between 8 AM - 10 PM (M-F) & 8 AM - 8 PM (weekends)
• Successful completion of criminal background screen
