About The Position

Mobilelink, Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States with over 500 stores, is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate. This role offers unlimited earning capacity through lucrative commission plans, with Mobilelink providing the necessary training and tools for success. Sales Advocates are responsible for serving customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. The company offers a clear career path with potential for upward mobility into leadership positions. Employees in this role may also be required to participate in occasional outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities for Cricket Wireless, which are considered an extension of regular job responsibilities and a condition of employment. These events aim to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth, involving tasks such as engaging with customers, representing products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.

Requirements

Must be fluent in two or more languages. This specific position requires English and Spanish.
Clear communication skills
Attitude and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have reliable transportation to the location.
Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
Strong Social Media presence preferred.

Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
Engage with customers, represent Cricket Wireless products and services, distribute marketing materials, and assist with event setup or breakdown at events.
