About The Position

Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, with over 500 Cricket stores. They are seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to join their team. This role offers unlimited earning capacity through lucrative commission plans, and Mobilelink provides the necessary training and tools for success. Sales Advocates are responsible for serving customers by providing tailored solutions to their needs. The company offers a clearly defined career path with maximum potential for upward mobility into leadership positions. Additionally, employees may occasionally be required to participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless, which are considered an extension of regular job responsibilities aimed at supporting customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth.

Requirements

Must be fluent in two or more languages. This specific position requires English and Spanish.
Clear communication skills
Attitude and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have reliable transportation to the location.
Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
Strong Social Media presence preferred.

Represent our Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
Participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless.
Engage with customers, represent Cricket Wireless products and services, distribute marketing materials, and assist with event setup or breakdown at such events.
