About The Position

Mobilelink is Cricket’s largest authorized wireless retailer in the United States, operating over 500 Cricket stores. The company is seeking a Bilingual Sales Advocate to join its team. This role offers unlimited earning capacity through a lucrative commission plan, and Mobilelink provides comprehensive training and tools for success. Sales Advocates are responsible for serving customers by understanding their needs and providing tailored solutions. Requirements

Must be fluent in two or more languages, specifically English and Spanish for this position.
Clear communication skills- Attitude and technical aptitude.
Commitment to exemplary customer service, honesty, and integrity.
At least 18 years old and legally able to work in the United States without restrictions.
Ability to work a minimum of 32 hours per week including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
Must have reliable transportation to the location.
Must live within 30 minutes of home store location with the flexibility to work at multiple locations within a district as needed.
Ability to operate a personal computer.
Adhere to the Team Color policy while maintaining a neat and professional appearance.

Nice To Haves

A background in retail sales is helpful, but not required.
Strong Social Media presence preferred.

Responsibilities

Provide extraordinary customer service by being compassionate towards and understanding their needs.
Build value by offering tailored and thoughtful solutions to fit each person, family, or business.
Represent our Company and the Cricket brand with the utmost professionalism and courtesy.
Assist our leaders with store operations and duties.
Achieve sales goals and KPIs (which can lead to that much-needed extra bonus payment).
Occasionally participate in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities on behalf of Cricket Wireless to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth. Duties at such events may include, but are not limited to: engaging with customers, representing Cricket Wireless products and services, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown.
