About The Position

Enable and support the sales floor via support ticket resolution. Work closely with our sales, operations, and tech team to help drive growth by helping our salespeople navigate through a high-volume, fast-paced sale. Creatively think through and resolve complex problems related to the sales funnel by using a variety of data management, compliance, and communications systems. Help identify, assess, and revise current workflows to help better scale our business. Develop processes and documentation in the form of SOPs, training materials, and demonstrations Develop your career within an innovative and evolving company while working with some of the largest startups in the world.

Requirements

  • Bilingual - Fluent in both Spanish and English. Able to read, write and speak at a business level for both languages.
  • Desire to help others and the demonstrated ability to support and assist team members with day-to-day issues
  • Clear communication skills and the ability to relay information quickly and effectively to team members
  • Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to operate flexibly in a dynamic and rapidly changing environment
  • Ability to consistently work a 40-hour workweek (M-F, 9a-6p, 1-hour lunch included)

Nice To Haves

  • Experience with customer service or internal ticketing systems (preferred)
  • Recent college graduates are welcome and encouraged to apply.
