Requirements

  • At least 2 years of B2B sales experience
  • Must be bilingual in English and Spanish, both verbal and written.
  • Authentic: Approaches conversations with honesty and genuine interest, building long-term trust.
  • Confident Yet Humble: Balances professionalism and approachability, representing the Equipter brand with integrity.
  • Consistent & Organized: Stays focused on goals, follows through on commitments, and keeps activity well-documented.
  • Tech-Savvy: Comfortable using CRM software, Google Suite, and basic computer tools to manage outreach and reporting.

Responsibilities

  • Drive sales growth by promoting Equipter products to new and existing customers through consistent outreach.
  • Engage prospective buyers by calling, emailing, and following up on warm leads to establish trust and identify their needs.
  • Present solutions by explaining product features, answering questions, and recommending options that fit each customer's goals.
  • Manage the sales process from first contact through quotes, contracts, and closing—ensuring accuracy and professionalism at every step.
  • Collaborate with the sales team to share insights, coordinate efforts, and support trade show or demo activities as needed.
  • Maintain organized records of calls, leads, and sales activity within CRM systems to track progress and stay on target.
  • Travel occasionally for trade shows or product demonstrations, representing Equipter with professionalism and enthusiasm.
