About The Position
EPI Power is hiring a Bilingual Training Safety Manager to be located in Des Moines, IA. This role is responsible for creating and delivering comprehensive safety training programs and orientations in both English and Spanish for our construction workforce. This role ensures that employees and subcontractors are well-informed about safety protocols, regulatory requirements, and industry best practices to maintain a safe and compliant work environment while minimizing on-site risks. This position requires a strong background in construction safety, exceptional communication skills in both English and Spanish, and the ability to connect with diverse audiences.
