About The Position

Angels of Care Pediatric Home Health is seeking Bilingual Registered Nurses (RN) and Licensed Vocational Nurses (LVN) to provide direct, one-on-one medical care to infants, children, and adolescents primarily in their home settings. Requirements

• Active RN or LPN/LVN license (New Grads Welcome, training provided!)
• Ability to provide care in a client home setting.
• Must speak Spanish.

Responsibilities

• Focus on the medical needs and treatment of infants, children, and/or adolescents according to the active plan of care.
• Conduct ongoing patient care and assessments.
• Administer prescribed medication, treatments, and therapies.
• Coordinate care among healthcare providers.
• Educate family members on patient clinical care to enhance positive outcomes.
• Implement preventative initiatives to protect the quality of care for patients.
