About The Position

MaxHealth in Tampa is looking to hire a full-time, highly-motivated RN/BSN to join our team. The RN/BSN will provide direct patient care, collaborate with healthcare professionals, and contribute to a positive patient experience. This position requires strong clinical skills, excellent communication, and a commitment to providing high-quality care. service-oriented and can multitask with ease! Location: East Fletcher, Tampa Normal hours of operation are Monday- Friday 8:00am-5:00 pm.

Requirements

Current Registered Nurse (RN)license in Florida and BSN degree.
2 years of experience as an RN in a Setting, e.g., hospital, clinic setting preferred.
Experience with electronic health records (EHR).
Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and teamwork skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to manage time effectively and prioritize tasks.
Demonstrated commitment to patient care and safety.

Responsibilities

Assess patients' health conditions, conduct physical examinations, and record observations.
Develop and implement nursing care plans based on patient needs and physician orders.
Administer medications, treatments, and therapies according to established protocols.
Monitor patients' vital signs, pain levels, and overall health status.
Administration of IV
Educate patients and families about their condition, treatment plan, and self-care strategies.
Maintain accurate and comprehensive patient records.
Collaborate with physicians, other nurses, and healthcare team members to provide coordinated care.
Maintain a safe and therapeutic environment for patients.
Other duties as assigned.
