About The Position

This position is essential to the success of Sherwin-Williams retail stores. Store Associates are responsible for working closely with wholesale and retail customers to understand their needs, answer questions about products, and recommend appropriate solutions. They are also expected to promptly resolve customer concerns, ensure maximum client satisfaction, stay updated on product features, and maintain the high quality and visual standards of products and the store. The role involves achieving excellent customer service while consistently meeting the store’s sales goals.

Requirements

Bilingual fluency in Spanish and English
Expected to work at the Lynden Store
Successful review of criminal history

Work closely with wholesale and retail customers to determine their needs
Answer customer questions about Sherwin-Williams products
