Mobily is one of AT&T’s few large nationally authorized retailers in the United States, seeking a Bilingual Retail Sales Consultant (BRSC). This role offers unlimited earning capacity through lucrative commission plans and provides comprehensive training and tools for success. The BRSC is responsible for delivering exceptional customer service by understanding and addressing customer needs, building value through tailored solutions for individuals, families, or businesses, and representing both Mobily and the AT&T brand with professionalism. Key duties include assisting leaders with store operations, achieving sales goals and KPIs to earn bonus payments, and occasionally participating in outside sales events, community engagements, or promotional activities to support customer acquisition, brand awareness, and business growth. Participation in these events, which may involve engaging with customers, distributing marketing materials, and assisting with event setup or breakdown, is considered a condition of employment.
